PHS Dynamics - Returns Policy

 

PHS Dynamics carry out various checks on all products and each order is checked and packed by separate staff to help eliminate errors. Because of our stringent procedure, PHS Dynamics are unable to accept claims for shortages or damage after 3 days of receipt of your order.

All products supplied by PHS Dynamics are covered by the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions only. In the unlikely event that some items are faulty, the warranty items must be returned to PHS Dynamics and at our discretion, be replaced, repaired or credit note issued if no other form of rectification can be achieved. PHS Dynamics may charge for a replacement part if this is required before an inspection has taken place. PHS Dynamics offer no extended warranty terms on any of our products. PHS Dynamics have no control over installation and as a result cannot be held responsible for consequential loss and/or damage to other equipment or personal injury/damage to any third party. 

Should you need to return an item within the guidelines set above, then call our customer services team to provide you with a reference number that should be kept by yourself, and clearly marked on the outside of the package to be returned.

To return items for any other reason or to cancel an order, you must contact our customer services team within 7 days of receipt of the goods and you will be issued a reference number and instructed on the next steps depending on the status of the order and the cost will be refunded.  This does not apply to customised items in the instance the goods have already been altered from their original state and cannot be resold.

If a product item is returned as supplied in error or returned under warranty then there will be no restocking/handling charge, in all other cases ex-stock items are subject to a 10% (min. £3.00) restocking/handling charge and the rest will be refunded. The original carriage charge remains payable, unless it relates solely to items returned due to incorrect supply and/or late delivery.

PHS Dynamics can only accept returned products if they are in an as new, unused and undamaged condition and can be resold. Parts must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

PHS Dynamics state that special order items cannot be returned for credit, unless specifically authorised by PHS Dynamics themselves. If PHS Dynamics decide to authorise for a special order part to be accepted back for credit, a 25% handling charge will be applied. Refunds may be on a "credit when sold" basis and at the discretion of PHS Dynamics.
