Robustly constructed of steel with reinforced doors and secure locks, these cupboards are complete with adjustable easy drain, perforated shelves and inbuilt sumps. As with all the Dynamics hazardous storage cabinets, they are compliant with CoSHH reulations.
It has been constructed from 0.7mm mild steel, pop riveted and the apenture has return bends to eliminate open gaps. The door construction is made from 0.9mm mild steel with a stiffener spot welded vertically in the centre of the door with two 2.� inch butt hinges spot welded to the door. The door is attached to the carcase via the hinges, with 4.8mm pop rivets.
The door has two-point locking with an all metal key locking handle. The sump construction is made from 1.2mm mild steel with fully welded seems.
The entire cabinet is then finished with a three stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating followed by a one coat epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180 deg. C.
The mobile cabinets combine safe storage with manoeuvrbility. They have four lockable, swivel rubber-tyred wheels for easy handling. All cabinets are marked with the appropriate warning label.
